The Making Mill
Have you ever left a yoga class feeling like everyone else seemed to know the rules except you? Maybe you’re new to yoga, feel a bit intimidated by the whole thing, or have always felt too stiff, uncoordinated, or restless to join. Maybe you live with chronic illness or health issues, are neurodivergent, dyspraxic, hard of hearing, or you simply want a yoga class that meets you where you are.
Yoga For All is for people of all genders and backgrounds looking for a more understanding and accommodating approach to yoga. The class is neurodivergent-inclusive, with an approach that considers communication, sensory and processing needs. My approach combines CPD through The Yoga Therapy Institute and Neurodiverse Yoga Directory.
Before your first class, you'll complete an accessibility intake form. Instructions are clear and direct, and there’s plenty of flexibility in how you participate.
Yoga For All is for everybody, including people who have never felt like yoga was for them.
Yoga for all
My classes blend elements of Gentle Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Therapy. My teaching is heavily influenced by my training in forest therapy, and I often use somatic cueing to help you develop a deeper awareness of your body from the inside out.
Rather than focusing on achieving the "perfect pose", my classes encourage curiosity, self-compassion, and finding what feels good for you.
